Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits and Payments

Ekar Home Improvement requires an upfront deposit before initiating any project. This deposit secures your project schedule and covers the initial cost of materials and labor preparation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if the project has not yet begun. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. Clients are responsible for all costs incurred, including materials ordered and labor already performed.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are always non-refundable:

  • Labor fees for any work already completed
  • Materials purchased specifically for your project

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your project any time before it begins for a full refund of any unused deposit. Once the project has started, cancellations are allowed, but no refunds will be issued for services or materials already committed.

5. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their project with at least 3 business days’ notice. We will accommodate one reschedule without penalty. Repeated changes may affect your scheduled priority.

6. Change Orders

Changes to project scope after the project has begun require a formal contract adjustment. A revised estimate will be provided and must be signed by the client before work continues.

7. Missed Appointments

We do not charge fees for missed or rescheduled on-site visits. However, delays may impact your overall project timeline and rescheduling is subject to team availability.
