Ekar Home Improvement rewards loyal customers through our Loyalty Points Program. Customers earn points on completed projects and can redeem those points for rewards, service discounts, or future benefits.
Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent on paid home renovation or remodeling services. Points are only added after the full payment is received for a completed service.
We also offer bonus point promotions during:
Points may be redeemed for eligible gifts, discounts, or services. Each reward requires a specific number of points and is listed on our website. Partial redemptions are not allowed.
Points have no cash value and may only be used for the redemption options provided.
Loyalty points are assigned to individual accounts and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Points are earned only after payment. If a project is canceled or unpaid, no points are issued.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s loyalty points or account if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, or violation of our terms.
Ekar Home Improvement may update or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. Rewards, point values, and promotional rules are subject to change.
